About the Role This role is responsible for managing collections activities in the country / business by providing local and global Collections Management Information. Effectively supports and collaborate with the Sales organization on all credit related matters. Ensure effective and efficient operational management - striving for operational excellence. **Responsibilities**: - Having good rapport with others on the team and across teams. Effectively seeks out ways to continually improve team activities. **Requirements**: - Experience in (B.COM, Finance) with full/part accountancy qualifications. - Three to Five years experience in collections management. - Have a focused team leader, with excellent communication skills and able drive. - Able to work under tight time pressure, still maintaining high standards and not only personally but also within the team. - Experience in encouraging and supporting team members in their personal development and positively engaging with others to improve business processes.
