We are developing a career / education / training centre in Faridabad / Karol Bagh and need professionals to coordinate and develop a product around career counselling.

The indicative responsibilities are as shown below:
To be successful as an Education Counsellor, you should be persuasive and able to work in a high-pressure environment. Ultimately, a top-performing counsellor should be able to follow scripts, customise based on inputs, understand the partipants as well as demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer facing skills.

**Education Counsellor Responsibilities**:
Connect with existing and potential participants to pitch our offerings relevant to them.

Processing all leads.

Generating promising leads

Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.

Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.

**Educational Qualification**

Bachelors / Masters's in Psychology or associate's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field is preferred.

Proven experience is preferred

Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹21,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
