As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Architect to join our team remotely from India.

**Position: Remote Architect**

**Location**: Remote (India)

**Role Overview**:
As our Remote Architect, you’ll be a key player in delivering top-notch architectural solutions for a variety of residential projects. You'll work closely with our team to turn concepts into reality, ensuring every design is both beautiful and practical, and always in line with UK standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Development**: Use your creativity to design and refine residential projects, from new builds to cozy extensions and stylish loft conversions.
- **Documentation**: Create detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Ms Office etc).
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with a team of engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure projects run smoothly and meet deadlines. Additionally, coordinate with the in-house drafts team to review and verify drawings, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project specifications. This includes checking for potential conflicts, discrepancies, and compliance with relevant standards and codes.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Keep designs in check with UK building codes and regulations to ensure everything is above board.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 5-6 years of experience in architectural design, with a portfolio showcasing your successful residential projects.
- **Education**: A Master’s degree in Architecture is preferred, but if you’ve got the skills, we want to hear from you
- **Skills**: Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, as well as MS Office. Show us what tools you’re passionate about
- **Communication**: Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills to engage with third party professionals and team members effectively.
- **Project Management**: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining clear communication with both team members and external professionals. Efficiently manage project tasks, even in the absence of team members, and provide leadership to ensure projects stay on track. Time management is a must-required skill for meeting deadlines and adhering to project timelines.
- **Attitude**: Demonstrate a strong urge to learn new methods relevant to the UK design industry. Also, the ability to problem solve.
