Dispatch Officer

**Job Description / Responsibilities**
Plan for dispatch based on inventory levels by coordinating with production and order processing
teams
Continue working on the company matrix of product volume and ideal vehicle/container size.
Assist proposal teams with logistics estimates including costs of special packing materials.
Work with external vendors for transportation and packing materials.
Make packing lists and other shipment documents. Interact with customers regarding handling and
storage instructions.
Arrange for transportation including negotiations and follow through upto delivery point
Preparation of dispatch documents (GST Tax Invoice, e-Invoice, e-Way Bill, Packing List, Export
Invoice, Commercial Invoice) for all types of SALE through Tally ERP.
Supervision of loading/unloading of the material
Keep customer informed with regards to shipment date, method and current status of goods in
transit.
Maintain ISO and other MIS documentation

**Qualifications and skillsets**
Bachelor’s degree
Knowledge of supply chain and logistics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy with a dedication to quality
High energy level with the zest to work extra hours during pressure situations
Prior experience in similar roles is an added plus
A past working background in commercial roles for a minimum of 3 years.

**Salary**: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
