
Administrative Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and supplies
- Ensure office premises, assets, and utilities are well-maintained
- Maintain proper records of company assets, staff attendance, and movement registers
- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers and maintain a log
- Prepare and manage office documents, reports, memos, and correspondence
- Support HR and finance departments in document collection, filing, and logistics coordination
- Manage petty cash and expense records as per company policy
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in office administration or a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication skills - verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
