Location: Villupuram

We are looking for Procurement Executives to join our team immediately.

**Job Summary**:
The Warehouse Procurement Supervisor in the pharmaceutical industry is responsible for overseeing the procurement of pharmaceutical products, ensuring timely availability of stock, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.

**Key Performance**:

- **Timely Supply for Business Verticals** - Ensure timely supply of medicines and products to business units without delay.
- **Out of Stock at Warehouse** - Reduce instances of stockouts in the warehouse, ensuring continuous stock availability.
- **Expiry Management** - Ensure that expired stock does not exceed 1% of the total purchase value.
- **Cost of Goods Saving** - Achieve cost savings through strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations.
- **Purchase TAT (Turnaround Time)** - Process all purchase orders within 2 working days.
- **Non-Moving Stock** - Ensure no stock remains non-moving for more than 90 days in live inventory.
- **Pending PO Closure** - Timely closure of pending purchase orders to avoid delays.
- **Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)** - Maintain a competitive and optimized COGS through efficient procurement strategies.
- **Pending Orders Closure** - Ensure that all pending orders are closed within the specified time frame.
- **Brand and Molecule Consistency** - Maintain consistency by procuring one brand per molecule to streamline inventory.
- **Supplier Return Closure** - Ensure all supplier returns are processed and closed without delay.
- **Brand and Molecule Management** - Regularly monitor and maintain one brand per molecule to ensure smooth inventory management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **All Projects (Office/Branch)** - Supervise procurement-related projects for the office and branches, ensuring timely deliveries and adherence to company policies.
- **New/Alternative Supplier Sourcing** - Identify new and alternative pharmaceutical suppliers, ensuring cost-effective sourcing and compliance with quality standards.
- **Order Planning and Processing** - Plan and process pharmaceutical orders based on business requirements and stock levels.
- **Supplier Payments** - Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier payments, addressing any discrepancies.
- **Purchase Supervision** - Oversee procurement activities, ensuring proper product sourcing, inventory control, and compliance with industry regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Minimum 3 years in Procurement.
- Industry: Pharma, Healthcare, or FMCG (must).
- Skills: RFQ/RFP, ERP, Excel, and reporting.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Maths, Statistics, Supply Chain, D.Pharm, or B.Pharm.
- Languages: English, Hindi, and Tamil.
