**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company's pharmaceutical purchasing needs, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of products and materials.
- Source and evaluate suppliers/vendors for pharmaceutical products and materials, negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing to obtain the best possible deals.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to maintain optimal stock levels of pharmaceutical products in the warehouse.
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including procurement, production, and quality control, to ensure alignment of warehouse activities with business objectives.
- Supervise warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback as needed to ensure efficient and accurate operations.
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems and procedures to track stock levels, monitor expiration dates, and minimize waste.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of the warehouse to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to warehouse management and pharmaceutical procurement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical procurement processes, inventory management principles, and warehouse operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements governing pharmaceutical storage and distribution.
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or similar certification is a plus.
