**Job Title**: Manager - Sales Excellence

**Salary Range**: ₹15-16 LPA (maximum)

**Job Purpose**:
The Manager - Sales Excellence will drive sales performance and channel development through head office-led initiatives and schemes. This role will also provide technology-driven support to the sales team by improving business processes.

**Role and Responsibilities**:
**Scheme Management**:

- Develop specific trade schemes for relevant channels across categories.
- Oversee the execution of plans to achieve sales objectives related to trade schemes, ensuring timely settlement.
- Review scheme effectiveness and enhance current programs by analyzing performance against assigned KPIs.
- Ensure timely submission of trade scheme proposals, budget allocations, and key operational parameters as per aligned timelines.
- Generate and publish business dashboards for all stakeholders.
- **Sub Dealer Management**:

- Responsible for achieving sales and growth objectives through the Sub Dealer channel.
- Manage and develop the channel by building loyalty programs to ensure the required growth and throughput.
- Conceptualize and implement periodic schemes and drivers to meet business and product objectives in the Sub Dealer network.
- Generate and publish business dashboards for all stakeholders.
- **Growth Management**:

- Develop and implement action plans across core categories to achieve growth objectives.
- Increase distribution in relevant channels.
- Engage key dealers effectively.
- **Channel Sustainability**:

- Identify key parameters for sustainable business practices across channels.
- Develop a channel-wise sustainability matrix on a quarterly basis.
- Cascade the sustainability scorecard to regional and branch managers.
- Identify critical partners and strategize growth plans for them.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- MBA from a reputed business school.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Data Analytics.
- On-site position based in Gurgaon.

**Preferred Skills and Experience**:

- Strong functional knowledge of Sales and Marketing in the FMCG/FMCD sectors.
- Proficient in Sales Force Automation Systems, including CRM, customized SFA systems, and Distributor Management Systems (DMS).
- Excellent command of Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to identify and leverage best practices and digital technology trends within the FMCG/FMCD sales landscape.

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
