**Job Overview**:
This role demands creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects — from ideation to execution — independently.

**Key Responsibilities**:Graphic Design**:

- Design high-quality visual assets including social media creatives, banners, print materials, infographics, and digital ads.
- Develop compelling logos, brand guidelines, brochures, and marketing collateral using **Adobe Illustrator** and **Photoshop**.
- Work on UI/UX designs, wireframes, and mobile/web layouts when required.
- Prepare graphics optimized for various platforms: web, social media, and print.

**Video Editing & Motion Graphics**:

- Edit and produce videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, marketing campaigns, and internal content.
- Utilize **Adobe Premiere Pro** and **After Effects** to add animations, transitions, effects, subtitles, and background scores.
- Create motion graphics and visual storytelling animations for enhanced engagement.
- Export video content optimized for multiple platforms (Reels, Shorts, Facebook, etc.).

**Brand & Content Strategy**:

- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to design visual assets that align with campaign goals.
- Maintain consistent branding across all creative content.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and digital strategies.

**Requirements**:

- **2+ years of hands-on experience** in graphic design and video editing.
- **Mastery of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.**:

- Strong knowledge of design principles: typography, layout, color theory, branding.
- Experience in creating promotional videos, intros, explainer videos, and motion graphics.
- Familiarity with digital marketing content for social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
- Ability to manage projects independently, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards.

**Preferred Skills (Bonus Points)**:
✔ Working knowledge of **Figma** for UI/UX design and wireframing.

✔ Basic understanding of video scripting and storyboarding.

✔ Awareness of **SEO, digital ad creatives, and social media trends**.

✔ Experience in **multi-level user management design** is a big advantage.
