**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Strategy & Management**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Manage and optimize social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Identify emerging trends and technologies to enhance the company’s digital presence.

**Content Creation & Management**:

- Oversee the creation of engaging, high-quality content including posts, videos, reels, blogs, and infographics.
- Develop content calendars to ensure consistent posting schedules.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and writers to create compelling content.

**Community Engagement & Brand Awareness**:

- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build relationships with potential customers.
- Monitor online conversations and brand mentions to maintain a positive company image.
- Develop influencer marketing strategies and partnerships to expand brand reach.

**Performance Analysis & Reporting**:

- Track and analyze social media performance metrics (engagement rates, reach, impressions, conversions, etc.).
- Use insights to refine social media strategies and optimize campaign performance.
- Provide regular reports on social media growth and engagement.

**Advertising & Promotions**:

- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase visibility and engagement.
- Optimize ad spend and ensure high ROI from digital campaigns.
- Work with marketing and sales teams to align social media efforts with business objectives.

**SEO & Website Integration**:

- Implement SEO strategies to enhance social media content visibility.
- Drive traffic to the company’s website through social media channels.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in social media management and digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of social media tools and analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and ability to develop engaging content.
- Knowledge of paid advertising strategies and PPC campaigns.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
