**Description**:
ClockHash Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and talented graduate intern to join our fast growing team. As a graduate intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and contribute to various IT projects and initiatives across different departments
- Business Development, HR, Technology Management and Operations. This position offers valuable exposure to the IT industry and a chance to develop your skills in a professional setting.

**Basic Qualification**:
Education: Ideally should have pursued BTech course (back papers are all right).

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team in lead generation and prospecting activities.
- Support the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential target customers and market trends.
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and recognition programs.
- Post, update and remove ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.
- Monitor online communities, forums, social media platforms, and other channels to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for engagement.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training opportunities to enhance your skills and contribute to team projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete assigned projects and achieve specific objectives.

**Skill Required**:

- Recent graduate (BTech preferred, and if BTech course, a few back papers are all right) or having a year or less of experience in IT companies.
- Very basic understanding of IT concepts, systems, and technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- HTML, and some programming familiarity, is desirable.
- Good Powerpoint skills are desirable
- Excellent English language communication (spoken and written) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Strong desire to learn and grow in the IT field, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
