JD:

- Day to day team reporting of sales promoters
- Complete MT Sales Team database management
- Complete MT Stores, chain of stores data management - store wise sales, promoter-wise sales etc
- Monthly sales performance evaluation - on all parameters
- Target setting & roll out the targets to promoters
- Stay in touch with Store managers, category in-charges etc
- Greetings, wishes, relationship building, - with all Store managers
- Visual Merchandising of stores, make our stock look extremely attractive & plan for in-store branding, display etc
- If during the agreement with any MT store against listing if there are any deliverables, then monitoring them
- Collecting content on a day to day basis from promoters from marketing point of view - like testimonial etc
- Get the competitors data from sales promoters periodically - in terms of price, new entrants etc
- Minute sales monitoring
- Fortnightly stock position
- Get the Order made & process the same
- Maintain an order cycle of 2 times at least on a monthly basis

**Salary**: ₹254,561.00 - ₹324,568.00 per year
