We are hiring for a sales manager at Qrolic Technology who will lead the sales team to achieve company revenue goals. They will create and execute sales plans and set targets. The sales Executive will build strong client relationships and find new business opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create an effective sales plan tailored to our IT services to meet company goals.
- You should be a target-oriented salesperson, who can achieve monthly sales targets.
- Field sales and client meetings. Meet clients in person to present our IT services and close sales deals.
- Manage and mentor the BDE to achieve targets and improve performance
- Establish clear sales goals and track progress to ensure targets are met with new and existing clients to foster business growth.
- Need to make sales metrics to make informed decisions and improve sales strategies.
- Handle finalized contracts with clients to secure new business.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Collect and analyze feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement in our sales process and delivery.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build our company's reputation and generate leads.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, IT, or a related field
- Proven experience as a sales executive/sales manager or in a similar role.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
