Document Controller

Taking care of all Incoming and Outgoing Documents
- Setup all the project documentation and data management team.
- Maintain/Tracking of document deliverable list, Comment tracker, Correspondence registers etc.
- Coordination with other departments for timely responses of letters.
- Prepare Daily report for Distributed Drawings (Client/ Internal)
- Good in MIS (Excel, Word, Power-point)
- Sharing Report with PM
- Keep the Project Documentation List updated registering and controlling the documents that have been issued, distributed and received. Deliverables Log / Register for Letters and Tranmittals correspondances with all concerned parties. Delay Analysis for overdue documents. Distribution of Client deliverables, comments & approvals
- Responsible for the receipt, control and distribution of technical documents, general correspondences, reports and all other project related non-confidential documents, as per the distribution matrix authorized by the Project Control Manager
- Maintain master copies of all drawings and technical documents as per the filing system and directly exercise control over superseded documents
