Staff Nurse

**Job Summary**:
The Staff Nurse provides direct patient care, supports medical staff, and ensures high standards of nursing practices in a clinical setting. This role involves assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and collaborating with healthcare teams to promote patient well-being.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to physicians and senior medical staff.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and post-care procedures.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards.
- Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare providers for coordinated patient care.
- Prepare and maintain medical equipment and ensure its proper usage.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide immediate care.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Nursing (GNM/B.Sc. Nursing).
- Valid nursing license and registration.
- 1-3 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.

- Strong knowledge of clinical nursing practices and patient care standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹9,239.34 - ₹24,686.05 per month
