Post - Eye Counsellor

Location - Saraswati Netralaya, Randhir Lane, near Dayal Singh Collage, Karnal, Haryana 132001

Experience
- Atleast 2 Years of Eye counselling
- Educate patients and their families about eye conditions, diagnostic tests, treatment options, and surgical procedures (e.g., cataract, glaucoma, LASIK).
- Counsel patients on pre-operative preparation and post-operative care, medication usage, and follow-up visits.
- Address patient concerns and queries, helping them make informed decisions.
- Support in obtaining informed consent for surgeries or special procedures.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and front office staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Maintain accurate patient counselling records and update databases or EMR systems.
- Promote services like opticals, pharmacy, or surgical packages, where applicable.
- Follow up with patients who postpone or miss procedures to provide reassurance and reschedule when appropriate.
- Assist with financial counselling (e.g., packages, insurance coverage).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
