**Job Title**:
Tally Entry, ERP Data Entry & E-commerce Listing Specialist

**Responsibilities:Tally Entry**
- Record daily financial transactions in Tally, including sales, purchases, payments, and receipts.
- Reconcile bank statements with ledger entries.
- Generate GST, TDS, and other tax reports, and assist in filing returns.
- Prepare financial reports such as profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

**ERP Data Entry**
- Input and update data into the ERP system, including inventory, sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry across departments.
- Generate reports for management and troubleshoot discrepancies.

**E-commerce Listing Addition**
- Create and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify).
- Write compelling product descriptions with accurate details and SEO optimization.
- Upload high-quality product images and ensure adherence to platform guidelines.
- Update inventory levels and pricing and monitor product performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in **Tally ERP** and basic accounting knowledge.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent data entry and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial compliance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
