- **Custom Elementor Plugin Design**:Develop and design custom web components using Elementor's basic tools without relying on predefined Elementor templates.
- **Performance Optimisation**: Ensure all web design projects achieve superior scores in Google Page Speed Insights and other performance metrics.
- **Advanced Technology Integration**: Incorporate the latest web design trends and technologies to create modern, responsive, and scalable websites.
- **Responsive Design**: Ensure compatibility across multiple devices and browsers, maintaining high aesthetic and functional standards.
- **Client Collaboration**: Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and translate them into impactful web designs.
- **Project Delivery**: Complete web design projects within tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- **Required Skills and Experience**:_

**Technical Expertise**:

- Strong experience with Elementor and creating custom designs with its basic tools.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and other web design technologies.
- Knowledge of WordPress themes and plugin development.

**Performance Optimisation**:

- Proven ability to achieve high Google Page Speed scores and optimise web designs for superior load times.

**Design Acumen**:

- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
- Experience in modern frameworks and libraries like Bootstrap, GSAP, etc., is a plus.

**Problem-Solving Skills**:

- Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex design challenges effectively.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 3-4 years in web design, with a strong portfolio showcasing custom Elementor designs.
- **Preferred Qualifications**:_
- Familiarity with SEO-friendly design principles.
- Basic understanding of graphic design tools like Adobe XD or Figma for mockups (though not mandatory).
- Hands-on experience with advanced web technologies like React, Vue.js, or Angular for enhanced user interactions (added advantage).
