**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop visually stunning and intuitive websites that reflect our brand identity and meet user needs.
- Create engaging graphics, illustrations, and other visual elements for website pages, marketing materials, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and content creation, to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and outputs.
- Conduct thorough testing and optimization of web designs and graphics to ensure compatibility, functionality, and performance across various devices and browsers.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Web Designer & Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing web design and graphic design projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- CSS: 1 year (preferred)
