Job description:
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a creative field
- Proficiency in design and editing programs such as Adobe Suite (Corel Draw), Photoshop,Illustrator, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro Video Editing, wordpress.
- Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript.
- Good understanding of content management systems.
- Good understanding of search engine optimization principles.
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
- Excellent visual design skills.
- Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies.
- Creative and open to new ideas.
- Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum experience of 2 years and above in graphic design and video editing
- Attention to detail
- Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects
- Strong analytical skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web
- Experience with both print and digital media

Key Responsibilities
- Create and design various materials for digital and print
- Select colours, fonts, images, and layouts
- Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product
- Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales team to develop new approaches for producing creative graphic designs for the company
- Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software
- Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines
- Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
- Determine voice and messaging for graphic design pieces
- QA design for errors
- Implement feedback and changes whenever possible
- Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project.

Experience required: Minimum 2 years and above
