**Key Responsibilities**

Confirming and settling trades executed on the stock exchange, ensuring accurate and timely transfer of securities and funds.

Facilitating the clearing and settlement of trades, verifying transactions, calculating obligations, and overseeing the seamless transfer of securities and funds.

Implementing risk management measures to monitor and mitigate potential risks associated with market fluctuations, counterparty defaults, and operational challenges. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions, including trade details, client portfolios, and regulatory compliance documentation Managing customer accounts, handling updates to personal information, account balances, and transaction history. Ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements and reporting obligations imposed by financial authorities.

Overseeing and maintaining the technology infrastructure, including trading platforms, databases, and communication systems, to support efficient operations.

Handling and managing financial data, conducting data analysis, and generating reports to support decision-making processes.

Managing corporate actions such as dividends, stock splits, mergers, and acquisitions to ensure accurate adjustments to client portfolios.

Reconciling discrepancies between internal records and external entities, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions Collaborating with customer support teams to address complex inquiries and provide backend support related to transactions.

v Implementing security measures to ensure the integrity of financial transactions and prevent fraudulent activities within stock market operations.

Monitoring the performance of backend systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing enhancements to optimize operational efficiency.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in backend operations within the stock market or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of trade settlement, risk management, and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in data analysis and technology infrastructure management
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
