**Job description**

Hospitality Minds is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketer to manage and grow brand presence across platforms. If you have a passion for content, strategy, and social trends — this is your chance to join a dynamic team and make an impact

**Roles and Responsibilities-**
- Develop, schedule, and publish daily content (static, video, stories, reels) across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Collaborate with the creative teams to ensure brand consistency across campaigns
- Monitor current trends, hashtags, challenges, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant
- Assist in planning and executing influencer collaborations and digital partnerships
- Track social media KPIs, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for campaign improvements
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, social media algorithms, and emerging platforms.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of best practices in social media marketing

**Requirements-**
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in marketing
- Graduated
- Creativity and enthusiasm
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Strong initiative and proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership of projects.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and coordinate across departments.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with internal teams and external partners.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
