- Developss strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
- Meetes goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.
- Ensure Level of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
- Complete administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Maintainding store condition and visual merchandising standards

Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
- Proposetive ideas to increase market share.
- Conductnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.
- Dealh all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc).

Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
Additional store manager duties as needed

**Requirements and skills**
- Professional experience as a Power Store Manager (3-5yesr)
- Powerful skills and business orientation
- Customer Management skills
- Strong Organisational skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- degree in Business Administration / any Graduate/ or relevant field

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
