Good experience of working on and designing / implementing warehousing processes like **receiving, put away, storage, picking, packing, and shipping**, and should have.
- knowledge of optimizing and reducing costs in these processes.
- Must have knowledge of **SAP EWM or similar suite like Manhattan etc, Order & Inventory management software**, delivering high level of accuracy, visibility, and control.
- Must have experience of building or working on **next-gen warehousing / track and trace solutions, warehouse automation and robotics, IoT, using AI / ML** in improving processes and cost reduction.
- Experience of working on solutions involving **advanced analytics, AI, Digital twins for warehouses, AR/VR** etc will be preferred.
- Good to have experience in Fulfilment design, understanding of micro fulfilment centres and related technology in today’s world. Warehouse capacity planning, manpower planning will be an added advantage.
- Experience in working with logistics partners, distribution planning and dispatches will be a plus.
