**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to insurance companies to resolve unpaid claims.
- Follow up on outstanding AR, including denials and underpayments.
- Analyze and resolve billing issues to ensure prompt payments.
- Document actions taken on accounts and update billing systems.
- Communicate with healthcare providers and insurance representatives to clarify claims.

**Qualifications**:

- **1+ years of experience in AR calling or healthcare revenue cycle management.**:

- Strong understanding of **US healthcare** and insurance claims process.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with billing software and MS Office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,571.52 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Shift allowance
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
