Our UX Strategy, Research and Design Team brings to life a unified digital platform that supports our specialty retail brands across multiple geographies and partners. The products and capabilities we deliver enable us to accelerate global digital growth significantly. Through various methodologies, we support product teams that build configurable features and capabilities to drive an enhanced enduser experience and greater business performance continually. We do this by:

- Understanding the motivations and needs of our millions of customers—and building design solutions that best serve them
- Collaborating with business and brand partners to create technology, capabilities, and processes that allow for efficient set-up, monitoring, and management of their digital experiences
- Advocating for the learnability, efficiency, memorability, and desirability of new or enhanced features and functionality across the breadth of the user journey
- Operating within a Lean/Agile development process that allows us to launch and learn quickly

In addition, how we build solutions is equally important to what we create. All UX team members are expected to advocate for and design within a systems-based methodology that allows for configurable customization and specialization of re-usable components that enables scalability and quality.

ROLE DESCRIPTION The apps product team are multidisciplinary experts who work collaboratively to evolve our digital commerce mobile apps for our brands and their most loyal and engaged customers. The App Designer is a crucial strategic partner in identifying customer and business opportunities and designing features and capabilities to deliver that value. They are passionate customer advocates ensuring their work is both valuable and delightful. They are both systems thinkers and able to design for emotion. They know the brand inside out through maintaining solid relationships with their creative, marketing and merchandiser partners to help craft best-in-class brand experiences

RESPONSIBILITIESDesign for iOS and Android apps for Victoria’s Secret and Pink
- Design for the distinct needs and expectations of VS & Co’s customers with user research, brand insights, data analytics, and competitive analysis as your guides
- Produce user flow diagrams that articulate complex user journeys across multiple web pages and touchpointsTailor app experiences for parity with relevant new web features and through and OMNI channel lens
- Support user research and testing by gathering assumptions and writing hypotheses, contributing to questions and scenarios for tests with the Research team, and observe sessions to help extract key learns for both your area of focus and the user journey at large
- Work side-by-side with Front End Development and Back End Development to build and validate all visual/functional enhancements
- Present solutions to cross-functional and brand partners, clearly articulating the UX design principles and methodologies that informs the work

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 1-3 years of professional UX experience
- Experience designing for iOS and Android apps
- Visual design sensibilities
- Communication, persuasion, and facilitation skills; effectively follow design processes and communicate the value of design; You tailor your presentation for the audience
- Complex problem solving, high analytical ability
- Proficiency with industry standard design tools such as Figma and appropriate Adobe software
- Understanding of the capabilities and best practices relating to the use of front-end Web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Retail/fashion brand experience desired; e-commerce experience ideal
- An online portfolio of case studies highlighting some or all of:

- Demonstration of full design process, including numerous diverse artifacts (ex. research, flows, sketches, wires, low
- and high-fidelity designs
