**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and prospect potential solar companies in Gujarat and establish new business relationships.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing clients to present products and negotiate contracts.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, including recommending suitable solar plant parts and components.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including the sales support and technical teams, to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery of products.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales team objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using the company's CRM system.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in the solar energy or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on delivering customer value.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven individual with a passion for sales and renewable energy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Gujarat to meet clients and attend industry events as required.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Google Suite
