**Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities**
- **Client Acquisition**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and direct marketing efforts.
- Build a pipeline of prospective clients in the interior fit-out and design industry.
- **Client Engagement**:

- Conduct client meetings to understand their vision, needs, and budget.
- Present design proposals, material samples, and project plans in a persuasive manner.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts to meet sales targets.
- **Sales Strategy & Reporting**:

- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare sales reports, and provide feedback to the management team.
- Stay updated on industry trends to identify potential growth opportunities.

**Design Responsibilities**
- **Conceptualization & Planning**:

- Develop creative interior fit-out concepts based on client requirements and preferences.
- Prepare space planning, layouts, and 3D renderings using design software.
- **Material & Product Selection**:

- Recommend appropriate materials, finishes, and furniture that align with the project’s aesthetic and functional goals.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for sourcing and pricing.
- **Project Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the project execution team to ensure the design is implemented as per the agreed specifications.
- Address and resolve design-related queries or changes during project execution.

**Key Skills & QualificationsSales Skills**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in interior design or fit-out projects.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and offer customized solutions.

**Design Skills**
- Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, V-Ray, or similar software.
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, space planning, and material specifications.
- Creative flair and attention to detail in developing aesthetic designs.

**General Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- A portfolio showcasing previous design projects (preferred).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹13,468.25 - ₹49,830.88 per month
