Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Counseling: Understand the student’s requirements, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable study abroad programs.

Follow-up: Keep a record of interested students and follow up regularly to maintain engagement and answer any queries.

Scheduling Appointments: Arrange meetings with counselors or faculty for students seeking further guidance.

Maintain Database: Update the CRM/database with student details, status, and feedback after every call.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.

Feedback: Collect feedback from students to improve services and processes.

Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Prior experience in a telecalling or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

A pleasant phone manner and active listening skills.

Basic understanding of study abroad processes, admissions, and visa requirements is a plus.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
