**Location**: Unit-203, Plaza-3, Central Square, Bara Hindu Rao, Delhi-110006

**Job Profile**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Reach out to prospective and existing clients to introduce and explain services related to waste management, Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) solutions, recycling, and sustainability practices.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify potential business opportunities through cold calling, inquiries, online research, and referrals to generate qualified leads.
- **Sales Support**: Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings, update client information, and assist in preparing follow-up documents.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and queries within the CRM system.
- **Target Achievement**: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion goals.

**Desired Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Ability to engage and persuade clients confidently.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tele calling, preferably in waste management, recycling, or related industries.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
