**Role Overview**

As a **System Administrator** at CrossWeave, you will be entrusted with maintaining and optimizing our IT systems, ensuring their reliability and scalability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business objectives, troubleshoot challenges, and implement proactive measures to secure and enhance system performance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **System Management**:

- Deploy, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and IT systems to ensure optimal performance.

- **Performance Monitoring and Optimization**:

- Analyze and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, implementing solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Develop and maintain tools to automate routine system administration tasks.
- **Security and Compliance**:

- Enforce robust security protocols and ensure compliance with data protection standards.
- Perform regular vulnerability assessments and implement measures to mitigate risks.
- **Technical Support**:

- Provide technical support to internal teams, resolving system-related issues promptly.
- Create and update documentation for IT policies, configurations, and procedures.
- **Collaboration**:

- Partner with teams to plan and execute IT projects aligned with organizational goals.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions.
