**Introduction**:
To lead a team of Procure to Pay Analysts and Assistant managers managing P2P transactional processes across Global entities
- Good understanding to COUPA implementation Experience in project management inclusive of inter and intra department coordination
- Good understanding of COUPA system products eg COUPA pay ( card to Requestor ) / Early Pay Discounting / Card on Invoices processes,
- Understand the process linkages from Request to Pay stages process life cycle
- Good understanding GST & WHT laws that governs the process

What will you be doing?
- Very Strong communication and analytical skills
- Exposure to continuous improvement to help bring in value add to the processes
- Accountable for effective management of the end-to-end process
- Manage expectations to stakeholder groups in the form of regular reporting and issue management
- Ensure key reporting around GST & WHT is delivered accurately with good quality commentary
- Direct accountability of performance management of team members and team deliverables
- Processing queue management including workflows, exceptions, errors, ageing & checks within SLA.
- To be able to drive process by effectively managing the implementation challenges.
- To ensure timely and accurate submission of various regulatory reporting got Goods and service tax and withholding tax for India
- Able to perform in a very complex control environment across R2O / IMT and Payment processes & ensure controls are executed effectively with Zero tolerance
- Should be able to front end & Lead all External and Internal Audit discussions around the Procure to Pay processes

**What we’re looking for**:

- Line management experience is essential
- Commerce Graduate with experience of working with financial and budget information
- Experience in managing AP Invoice processing
- Good understanding of Request to Order & Invoice to Pay processes
- Good understanding of India Goods and services tax accounting and Withholding Tax accounting
- Well versed with 2A and 3B reports of GST
- Strong analytical skills and ability to consider wider objectives
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Good understanding of Accrual management & its impact on P&L
- Takes ownership and sees issues to completion through effective prioritisation and a commitment to teamwork

- The ability to identify, address and where necessary escalate/manage key risks and issues.
- Excellent time management and personal organisation skills.
