1. Minimum 2 years of BIM/REVIT experience in Electrical, Plumbing & Civil modelling of residential/commercial buildings.

2. Must have knowledge in quantity takeoff from Revit of each material.

3. Must know electrical design basics.

4. B. Tech in Civil graduates

5. Ability to Prepare drawings with accuracy, neatness and speed, maintaining high quality and uniform standards of lines and lettering.

6. Proficient understanding of inter-relationships among design.

**7. **Must be ready to work from BuildNext office based out of Kochi, Kerala.

**Job Role**:
2. Setting up Revit library that will help in better and faster modelling and BOQ estimation

3. Standardization of construction drawings based on output from Revit Models

4. Revit Modelling of projects

**Salary**: ₹10,771.88 - ₹25,000.00 per month
