As a Coordinator in our Education based company, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the day-to-day operations and coordination of various tasks and projects within the organization and with schools. You will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the success of our educational technology initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**:Develop, review, and update academic curriculum in line with educational standards and institutional goals.
- **Teacher Training and Development**:Conduct training sessions for faculty members on effective teaching methodologies, assessment strategies, and incorporating technology in education.

Facilitate professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
- **Quality Assurance**:Implement and monitor quality assurance measures to uphold educational standards and ensure compliance with accreditation requirements.

Conduct regular evaluations of academic programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- **Student Assessment**:Oversee the development and implementation of fair and effective student assessment methods.

Analyze assessment data to identify areas for improvement in teaching and learning.
- **Collaboration**:Collaborate with academic staff, department heads, and administrators to promote a cohesive and supportive learning environment.

Foster interdisciplinary collaborations to enhance the overall educational experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education.
- Written and oral skills in English must be excellent.
- Atleast 10 years of experience in school or educational institution is required.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Knowledge of educational technology and its integration into the curriculum.
- Familiarity with accreditation processes and compliance standards.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
