Reservation Associate

Jaipur Rajasthan, India FOOD ALLIANCE Full time

Reservations: Reserve rooms and events, and assist guests with restaurant reservations and tourist attractions
- Customer service: Provide excellent customer service skills and respond to all queries
- Payments: Obtain payment information and run credit/debit card payments and verify customer information and payment options
- Communication: Manage all incoming calls for the reservation department and prepare reservation confirmation and arrival reports for relevant departments
- Planning: Create travel itineraries by suggesting local tourist attractions and places of interest
- Issues: Sort out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations
- Records: Track and note all early arrivals, late departures, room moves, VIP's and repeat guests, as well as any special requests
- Security: Maintain key control and key security for all guests of the resort
- Mail: Use proper mail, package and message handling procedures; logs mail as necessary

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
