Ability to learn quickly and take on increasing responsibility over time

Prior experience or internship in data handling, MIS, or reporting roles will be an advantage. However, freshers are ok to evaluate

**Job Description**:

- Perform accurate and timely data entry
- Design, generate, and automate regular reports and dashboards for business metrics
- Clean, validate, and analyse large datasets to derive actionable insights
- Maintain MIS databases and ensure data accuracy across systems
- Support business teams with ad hoc data requirements and performance analysis
- Track team deliverables, deadlines, and assigned tasks
- Join internal/external meetings, capture MOMs, and circulate actionable summaries
- Follow up with cross-functional teams to ensure timely task closures

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dhulagori, Howrah, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
