**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various departments.
- Use **Advanced Excel** tools (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Macros, Power Query, Charts) for data processing and visualization.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver customized solutions.
- Monitor data integrity and ensure timely updates of MIS systems.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior management.
- Identify trends, variances, and insights from data to support strategic planning.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- Minimum **2+ years of experience** in MIS or data reporting roles.
- **Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel**.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL or other database tools is an advantage.
- Exposure to ERP systems or business intelligence platforms.
