Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented MIS Executive with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in data management, reporting, and analysis. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and tools, and a solid understanding of business operations and reporting frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various departments.
  • Use Advanced Excel tools (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Macros, Power Query, Charts) for data processing and visualization.
  • Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver customized solutions.
  • Monitor data integrity and ensure timely updates of MIS systems.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior management.
  • Identify trends, variances, and insights from data to support strategic planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in MIS or data reporting roles.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SQL or other database tools is an advantage.
  • Exposure to ERP systems or business intelligence platforms.
