JOB Description

The position holder is expected to conduct research on the data used and record the trends.

Key responsibilities
- Gather information on customers, rivals, and the market, then compile it into useful reports and presentations.
- Recognize business goals and create surveys to ascertain survey respondents' preferences
- Compile and analyse statistical data using both contemporary and historical approaches.
- Analyse data, create reports, and offer advice.
- Analyse market offerings from various companies, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales, and methods of operation.
- Assess programme methodology and key data to ensure that the data on the releases are accurate and the angle of the release is correct.
- Remain fully informed about market trends, other parties' researches, and best practises.

**Required Skills**:

- Experienced in Market Research
- Ability to multitask and comprehend vast volumes of data
- Extensive familiarity with databases, MS Office, search engines, online analytics, and business research tools
- knowledge of CRM software preferred
- adequate familiarity with data collection techniques (polls, focus groups, surveys etc)
- working understanding of modelling, mining, and data warehousing
- powerful critical and analytical thinking

Minimum qualifications:

- Minimum HSC Passed
- A degree in Marketing BBA/BMS preferred
- Must have an experience with Market analysis.

SOFT skills we are looking for:

- Excellent communication skills
- Skilled at convincing and making best deals and offers with the data contractors
- Knowledgeable with the prices of data and resources

Remunerations Offered:
The basic salary offered for the position of a Market Research Head ranges **from 23k in**

**hand to 30k in hand per month**.

Shift timings:
As we are currently catering to the UK Market, the shift timing would be from **2 PM to 10:30**

**PM**.

Job location:
This is an on-site job and the work location is at **Malkaganj, Kamla Nagar**. The nearest metro station would be GTB Nagar/Vishwavidyalaya on the yellow line. No cab facility provided.
