**About this role**

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Associate to join our growing Marketing Operations team play a crucial role in the implementation and execution of marketing strategies to support the New-to-Role leads prospecting team. The person primary responsibility will be to identify prospects within Gartner's target organizations, ultimately driving revenue growth for the organization.

**What you will do**
- Identify New-to-role prospects through vendors and internal research, review and enrich those in line with saleability criteria, send the prospects to sales.
- Source and validate details around a contact’s role and engagement with marketing material
- Provide quick, accurate lead routing to improve the customer experience and speed-to-lead rates.
- Establish common understanding of lead processing criteria across the marketing teams.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, and content teams, to align messaging, share best practices, and ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing techniques.
- Identify new opportunities and best practices to enhance program effectiveness.
- Constantly evolve with process and technology, with a sharp focus on quality/accuracy, speed, and automation

**What you’ll need**:

- Graduation+ degree required.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or technology industry
- Experience with online database, ideally ZoomInfo, Dun & Bradstreet, and/or LinkedIn Sales Navigator desired
- Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to set and achieve targets and deliver on measurable marketing goals.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deliver across other Marketing operations projects.
- Curiosity and drive to continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
