
Customer Service Officer

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Courier Dispatch**:
- Coordinate the timely dispatch of all types of couriers, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking.
- Collaborate with courier services to optimize delivery schedules and maintain reliable logistics.
- **Replacement and Service Management**:
- Handle customer inquiries related to product replacements and services.
- Initiate and manage the replacement process for faulty or damaged CCTV cameras, switches, SMPS, and other equipment.
- Coordinate service requests, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
- **Dealer Relations**:
- Interact with dealers to understand their replacement and service requirements.
- Maintain positive relationships with dealers through effective communication and problem-solving.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**:
- Maintain accurate records of dispatched couriers, replacement orders, and service requests.
- Ensure all documentation is complete and in compliance with company policies.
- **Communication**:
- Effectively communicate with internal teams, dealers, and courier services to facilitate smooth operations.
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their replacement or service requests.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in dispatching and customer support roles.
- Familiarity with CCTV cameras, switches, SMPS, and related electronic equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
**Education and Experience**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Previous experience in a similar role within the electronics or logistics industry is an advantage.
**Salary**: ₹11,068.37 - ₹16,000.00 per month
