As an Office Assistant Apprentice, you will work closely with our experienced team to gain valuable hands-on experience in various administrative and office support tasks. This apprenticeship program is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge necessary to develop a successful career in office administration. You will assist in day-to-day tasks and contribute to the efficient operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist accounts team in follow ups to get the monthly invoices.
Assist in monitoring the google workspace transactions and expenses.
Assist admin team in monitoring office infrastructures, maintaining a clean and organized office environment and day to day activities.
Responsible for providing both clerical, and administrative support to colleagues as and when required
Continuously seek to improve your understanding of office software and tools.
Handle any ad-hoc tasks and assignments delegated by management.

**Requirements**:
Should be a Graduate or diploma holder. Pass out year should be 2019 or later.
Should never be enrolled in PF earlier.
Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Basic computer and data entry skills.
You need to be smart, resourceful, a quick learner, and be able to work independently.

Duration of the Apprenticeship: Minimum 1 year

Stipend and Benefits: up to 15k per month + Health insurance
