As an Integrated Producer you will be part of a small team and will be responsible for managing the localization and production for all retail print, video and digital assets. You will collaborate with the team both locally and WW to ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class communications.

This position requires a self-motivated, flexible individual with well-developed communication skills. You should be a strong strategic thinker, capable of seeing the bigger picture and orchestrating projects from brief to completion. This role requires you to constantly challenge the status quo and seek new and better ways of communicating both internally and externally.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage localization and production of retail print and digital deliverables
- Collaborate with Brand, Functional Producers and Legal (if required) on an ongoing basis to support the success of the project.
- Work with WW teams on created deliverables. Ensuring the work is accurate for products and features, while remaining culturally relevant.
- Partnering with Brand Managers, writing concise briefs for identified initiatives, while working closely with creative and retail teams to produce bespoke deliverables.
- Builds strong relationships effectively with creative, development, and cross-functional teams to move projects forward.
- Organizes information quickly and summarizes it succinctly within a specified deadline to move the project forward.
- Committed to excellence. With an outstanding attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communicator, with great interpersonal and presentation skills.

**Key Qualifications**
- You have experience in an integrated production/project management role, independently leading projects.
- You have experience in digital communications across all channels and platforms.
- You can deliver results and have a can-do attitude when it comes to hitting milestones and meeting deadlines.
- You have a successful track record of delivery across multiple platforms.
- You have familiarity with digital project management platforms and technologies.
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and you thrive working in a creative and dynamic environment.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and change with an ability to focus on the smallest detail.
- You have experience delivering projects for high-profile launches and campaigns.
- You can work under tight deadlines and have the flexibility to accommodate change
