Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Creative Producer to lead our Business and Finance YouTube channel. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating engaging content in the business and finance sector, with a proven track record of managing successful YouTube channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the channel's objectives, focusing on business news, finance tips, investment insights, and market trends.
  • Video Production: Oversee the end-to-end production process, including ideation, scripting, shooting, and editing of high-quality videos that resonate with our target audience.
  • Audience Engagement: Drive audience growth and engagement through compelling storytelling and innovative content formats. Monitor channel analytics to optimize performance and viewer retention.
  • Collaborations: Forge partnerships with industry experts, influencers, and brands to enhance content quality and reach.
  • Monetization: Work towards revenue generation goals through effective monetization strategies, including partnerships, sponsorships, and ad placements.
  • Teamwork: Work closely with a team of video editors, scriptwriters, and graphic designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in producing content for YouTube, preferably in the business and finance niche.
  • Strong understanding of YouTube analytics, SEO, and audience growth strategies.
  • Excellent storytelling and scriptwriting skills, with a keen eye for detail and creative flair.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring a creative team.
  • Passion for business, finance, and digital media trends.
