Role: Marketing Executive

Location: Lucknow, UP

Job Description: As a Marketing Executive, your responsibilities include but not limited to the following
- Support activities related to trade marketing.
- Assist in creating, implementation and developing annual marketing plan.
- Draft and execute specific marketing programs.
- Manage relationship with BTL agencies.
- Manage events including planning and executing events and exhibitions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition.
- Plan and execute POS/POP materials.
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
- Vendor management for timely execution of all activities.
- Execute all trade marketing activities in allotted region and conduct regular audits.

Qualifications: Graduation/ MBA

Experience: 1-2 years in building materials industry.

Other Requirements:

- Strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication.
- Customer service and follow through skills.
- Teamwork and ability to foster good working relationships.
- Ability to work well under pressure.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Marketing: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
