As a Backend Operations (Insurance Policy Renewal) executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of business activities and promoting organizational growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Backend Operations (Insurance Policy Renewal) executive at VALUEARC, you will be responsible for the following:

- Collaborate with internal & external teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries and issues
- Handling quotations and plans for various Insurance companies and sharing with advisory and sales team
- Maintain and update customer records and policy information in a meticulous manner
- Assist in the preparation and issuance of insurance certificates, policy documents, and renewal notices
- Conduct thorough policy reviews to identify any potential gaps or inconsistencies
- Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations
- Managing day-to-day operations of the organization
- Identifying and resolving operational issues
- Coordinating with different departments to ensure seamless workflow
- Effective handling & monitoring day to day Operations viz transaction processing, KYC etc.
- Coordination with Insurance companies for documentation and processing

**Qualifications Required**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of operational procedures and systems
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to change

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
