**Job Overview**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure **timely dispatch** of online orders across all platforms (Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, Website, etc.).
- **Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners** for smooth pick-up and delivery of products.
- Monitor daily order flow and prioritize urgent deliveries to meet platform SLAs.
- **Track shipments** and update customers and internal teams on delivery status.
- Maintain accurate **inventory records and stock levels** across e-commerce portals.
- **Generate dispatch labels**, invoices, and manage packaging based on platform requirements.
- Communicate with the **e-commerce and customer service teams** regarding delays, returns, or special instructions.
- Handle **reverse logistics** and return orders processing.
- Work closely with the **catalog and production team** to ensure product availability.
- Report daily dispatch status to the operations head or manager.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in E-commerce operations within the **fashion industry** is required.
- Familiarity with online platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, etc., is a must.
- Experience in content writing or fashion product description writing is a plus.
- Knowledge of Excel, data entry, and basic image editing will be beneficial.
