We are looking for R&D & Colour Development incharge who has complete knowledge of development Masterbatches and Fillers.

Key role Objectives:

- Responsible for Colour development and approval/rejection
- To follow the approved Colour Development Work Instructions
- To Develop new colour Grades
- To Match the online colour grades
- To control of on line product quality in the main lines
- To carry out the in-house calibration
- To maintain the record of all testing as per defined system
- To resolve the complaints and corrective actions implemented accordingly

Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Degree Holder from CIPET is must.

Experience of 4+ years

Salary upto 7 lakhs per Year
