Role -Team Member - Configuration and Support Industry - Type IT-Software, Software product Functional Area - IT Software - Implementation, Maintenance and Support Employment Type - Full Time, Permanent Role Category Mid-level Management Looking for an implementation and support team member to be part of Santech's Product implementation. This includes defining the overall product implementation strategy, ensuring timely product implementation and maintaining great product support standards. You will lead the key strategic initiatives that will have a significant impact on our delivery over the next few years, with high impact to overall growth of the business. You’ll be involved in the end-to-end product implementation of a set of projects of medium to high complexity. You will be overseeing the testing and UAT support for the implementation project along with go live support. Once the project is live, you will also be transitioning the account from implementation to production support. **Specific responsibilities in this role, include**: - Implementation planning and documentation. - Standardization of product implementation process - Minimize implementation variables in product configuration though standardized process. - Work on product functional configuration and production readiness - Prepare and oversee the implementation tasks through UI mapping and scripts. - Working closely with Dev and QA contacts and Business to deliver the product in timely fashion across multiple sprints. - Plan team capacity and ensure optimum team utilization. - Team sprint management and outcome reporting. - Cross functional Issue management and risk mitigation - Support planning and issue triaging. - Planning and executing of client level specialization among resources. - Solution approach determination - Traceability Matrix, Pipeline Review **What You'll need** - A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a Configuration or operations manager role delivering highly successful and innovative solution implementation and support. - US Healthcare (payer/provider) industry knowledge and understanding. - Experience in handling operations for US healthcare clients. - In depth knowledge of resource planning, effort estimation, MIS reporting and management dashboard preparations. - A "driver" personality - constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery while balancing the need for great collaboration. - The ability to wear multiple hats and learn quickly, and the collaborate leadership skills to lead the change when required. - Strong understanding of the software development life-cycle and best practices - Experience in product organization would be favourable. - A unique blend of business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. - Knowledge of SDLC preferred. Demonstrated success defining, launching, and maintaining excellent products. - Basic knowledge of web development platforms, databases, SQL and infrastructure. **Education** UG : B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization PG : MBA /MCA - Any Specialization, M.Tech - Any Specialization **Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Flexible schedule - Health insurance - Leave encashment - Paid time off - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: - Quarterly bonus Work Location: In person
