**Mandatory Skills Required**:
1. Conducting Internal Audit of Factories, Head Office and Other Offices

2. Knowledge of taxation laws like GST, custom, Import/Export etc will be an added

3. Knowledge of Commercial & Labour laws.

4. Knowledge of procedures and systems for various processes including purchases, receipt and stores accounting.

5. Hands on experience of various Accounting standards and practices.

6. Ready for extensive travelling across India for longer period (7 days - 10 days stationing at factory)

7. Knowledge of Working on SAP

8. Knowledge of Advance Excel & PPT.

9. Report Writing skill
- Scope Risks and Controls:

- Gain a thorough understanding of the scope of internal audits.
- Assess risks and controls across various functions, including factories (production, material management, contract labor management, dispatches), Head Office (Purchase, Finance, HR, Sales, and Marketing), and Depot Operations.
- Audit Cycle Management:

- Conduct the complete audit cycle:

- Evaluate the effectiveness of operations.
- Assess financial reliability.
- Ensure compliance with relevant directives and regulations.
- Data Analysis and Documentation:

- Obtain, analyze, and evaluate accounting documentation, reports, and process flowcharts.
- Document processes and identify audit findings.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis to understand underlying issues.
- Legal and Financial Knowledge:

- Demonstrate knowledge of taxation laws (such as Income Tax, GST, and customs).
- Understand Commercial & Labor laws relevant to a manufacturing organization.
- Experience with various accounting processes and standards.
- Travel and Technology:

- Be ready for travel across India to plants and depots (approximately 40% travel).
- Understanding of SAP and ability to utilize SAP Tcodes effectively.
- Exhibit proficiency in Excel/Advanced Excel and report writing.
- Soft Skills:

- Maintain an analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively.
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
